Responsibilities
- Own the Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from initial outreach to successful enrollment.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a career advisor. Understand a candidate's pain points, aspirations, and technical gaps to recommend the right path.
- Rapid Iteration: Work directly with the founding team. If a pitch isn't working, we pivot and improve.
- High-Volume Engagement: Maintain a high energy level for daily outreach, ensuring no lead goes cold, and every professional feels heard.
Requirements
- The 1-4 Year Pro: You've cut your teeth in sales (preferably EdTech, SaaS, or Recruitment) and you're ready for more skin in the game.
- Communication Maverick: You can articulate complex value propositions clearly and handle objections without losing your cool.
- High Agency: You don't wait for a manual. You see a problem, you suggest a fix, and you execute.
