Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site/Hybrid role based in Anand for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, engaging with prospects, and negotiating deals with clients. The ideal candidate will also actively drive revenue growth by promoting Prochem's offerings to prospective partners in the chemical supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to users via calls and build strong relationships
  • Identify and onboard the best possible suppliers through market research
  • Communicate with suppliers via calls and emails
  • Assist users in uploading and managing their products on the platform
  • Handle day-to-day business activities and user queries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong background in Business and Account Management
  • Effective Communication skills to convey ideas and build relationships
  • Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions
  • Familiarity with the chemical industry or digital marketplaces is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
