Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Executives who enjoy building relationships and helping companies solve real business problems using Salesforce CRM solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with our consulting and delivery teams to introduce clients to our Salesforce services and solutions, understand their challenges, and guide them toward the right transformation approach.

If you enjoy consultative selling, building long-term client relationships, and closing meaningful deals, this role is for you.

Requirements

Building New Business

You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with companies that can benefit from Salesforce solutions.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Responsible for reaching out to new prospects and building a strong sales pipeline through field sales activities
  • Understanding customer challenges and positioning Salesforce solutions accordingly
  • Achieving quarterly and yearly sales target

Desired Profile:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent telephonic and selling skills.
  • Target Oriented & must be comfortable in domestic direct selling interface.
  • Understanding of CRM technologies is a plus.
  • Educational Qualification – BSC (IT), BCS graduate or BE (CS), (MBA in Marketing or Finance will be added advantage)
  • 3+ years experience in Enterprise Software Products & services sales.

You'll work with our internal solution architects to craft the right approach for each customer.

Managing the Sales Process

From the first conversation to closing the deal, you will manage the complete sales journey.

This includes:
  • Running discovery calls with clients
  • Preparing proposals and presentations

Growing Client Relationships

Sales doesn't stop at closing a deal. You will continue building relationships with customers to:

  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Expand engagement across departments
  • Ensure long-term partnerships
