Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Mohali. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and fostering collaboration to achieve growth goals. This role involves analyzing market trends, creating strategies to acquire new clients, and delivering exceptional communication and customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.

Work Schedule: Afternoon Shift (3:00 PM 12:00 AM)

Working Pattern: 5 Days Working

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to target and secure new clients effectively
  • Strong understanding of Business strategies and practices to identify opportunities and achieve revenue growth
  • Exceptional Communication skills for client interaction and collaboration
  • Experience in Account Management to maintain lasting client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ability to analyze market trends and apply data insights to strategic planning
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and sales software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
