Job Overview

We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who doesn't just find deals but knows which deals are worth chasing. This role is for someone deeply plugged into the affiliate ecosystem, with strong relationships across networks, advertisers, and partnersand the instinct to spot scalable, profitable opportunities before everyone else jumps in.

If you can negotiate payouts like a pro, spot a winning offer from a mile away, and understand how PPC, LeadGen, and E-commerce actually perform in the real world (not just in decks), we should talk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with affiliate networks, advertisers, and partners
  • Leverage existing affiliate market contacts to onboard high-performing, exclusive, or early-access offers
  • Negotiate payouts, caps, terms, and incentives to maximize profitability across projects
  • Identify and recommend the best offers for PPC, LeadGen, and E-commerce verticals
  • Continuously analyze offer performance and proactively suggest scaling or replacement strategies
  • Act as the bridge between media buyers, content, and management to align offer strategy with execution
  • Stay ahead of market trends, compliance shifts, and emerging verticals
  • Support expansion into new traffic sources, geos, and monetization models

Required Expertise

  • Strong, active network within the affiliate marketing ecosystem
  • Hands-on understanding of:
  • PPC (Search, Display, Native, YouTube, etc.)
  • Lead Generation (Pay-per-call, form fills, home services, grants, etc.)
  • E-commerce & performance offers
  • Proven experience in payout negotiation and relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (no let me check and revert energy)
  • Sharp judgment for evaluating offer quality, scalability, and long-term viability
  • Highly organized, commercially minded, and results-driven
