Pralin is committed to delivering exceptional experiences that resonate with dessert lovers, making every flavor and design a celebration.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new & creative business opportunities (for corporate orders, bulk gifting, events, weddings, pop-ups, catering, etc.)

- Brainstorm and execute sales strategies to meet monthly revenue targets, including creating pitch decks/catalogues.

- Convert leads into confirmed orders through effective follow-ups and negotiations.

- Build and maintain a strong database of recurring clients.

- Initiate and manage brand collaborations.

- Handle client communication from enquiry to execution.

- Manage end-to-end execution of pop-ups and on-ground brand activations to drive sales and customer acquisition.

- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.

- Track leads, conversions, and revenue.

- Submit weekly performance and pipeline reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales (F&B, hospitality, events preferred).

- Strong network in Mumbai's events or corporate ecosystem.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.

- Basic understanding of branding and premium positioning.

- Comfortable with field work and client meetings.

- Knowledge about the F&B Industry and love for food.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills to build and manage client relationships effectively
