We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can support our growth function by coordinating pitches, managing research and reporting, and helping the team put its best foot forward in every opportunity.
What you'll do
- Business Development Support: Assist senior team members in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by conducting research, preparing pitch materials, and coordinating outreach efforts.
- Market Research & Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform outreach and positioning.
- Pitch Development: Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to craft impactful presentations, proposals, and RFP responses that showcase our thinking and capabilities.
- Relationship Support: Help maintain and strengthen client and partner relationships through coordination, follow-ups, and support at industry events or meetings.
- Marketing Collateral: Maintain and update agency credentials, case studies, and marketing materials to ensure they reflect our latest work and capabilities.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and report on leads, maintain the business development pipeline, and ensure timely documentation and follow-ups.
- Internal Marketing: Contribute to initiatives that strengthen Please See's visibility and positioning within the industry.
What we'd like to see
- 23 years experience in business development, marketing support, or client servicing, ideally within an advertising, branding, or digital agency.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to craft and edit compelling decks.
- Proficiency with research, reporting, and basic data analysis.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
