Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Services)

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Location: Work From Home

Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST

Working Days: 5 days working

Salary: 3-5 lpa

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales & Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, particularly in IT services, with strong expertise in email marketing, lead generation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in international markets (US, UK, Europe, etc.).
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Engage and follow up with prospects to schedule meetings and convert them into opportunities.
  • Work closely with the business development team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and opportunity information.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and outreach targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 26 years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, and inside sales.
  • Prior experience in international B2B sales (preferably in IT services or software solutions).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with CRM tools, email automation platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening shift hours.
