Position: Business Development Executive Voice Process
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Business Development Executive (Voice Process) to join our team. This role involves engaging potential clients via outbound calls, identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into customers. As the voice of the company, you'll play a key role in creating a strong first impression and presenting our offerings with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Voice Communication
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using lead databases or sourced contacts.
- Engage decision-makers in professional, solution-focused conversations about our products or services.
- Clearly explain the benefits and unique value proposition of our offerings.
2. Lead Generation & Qualification
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads by understanding their pain points and business goals.
- Collect detailed prospect information and accurately document in the CRM system.
- Ensure smooth lead handoff to the sales team with all relevant data.
3. Appointment Coordination
- Schedule calls, meetings, or product demos between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Confirm prospect availability and coordinate seamless communication flow.
4. Customer Relationship Building
- Build strong initial rapport through clear, confident, and courteous communication.
- Address questions or objections professionally and provide relevant information to guide decision-making.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to keep prospects engaged through the sales journey.
5. Performance Tracking
- Meet or exceed KPIs such as call volume, lead conversion, and meeting setups.
- Provide regular reports on activity, conversion rates, and lead feedback.
6. Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct brief research to understand target industries, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Use findings to enhance pitch strategies and increase lead relevance.
7. Collaboration Across Teams
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and support teams to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Share insights and feedback from prospects to help refine marketing messaging and sales approaches.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in voice-based business development, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Odoo CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM etc.) and proficiency in MS Office.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English with strong articulation, listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Soft Skills: Empathetic, confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
- Target-Driven: Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales or call-related goals.
