About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business orders for ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, AV, Gate Barriers, etc.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and end clients.
- Maintain an active pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team for solution design, BOQ preparation, and tender submissions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of ELV sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals and bringing orders.
- Existing client network in the construction / MEP / ELV market is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems and standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
