Roles and Responsibilities:
- Converting new sales leads into business
- Pitching products and/or services over calls
- Demonstration of the software to the merchant/client
- Bringing closures of POS and Marketplace services
- Managing the merchants onboarding process
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Additional Qualification and Skills:
- Specialized knowledge about software/Websites (any IT Product) is an additional advantage along with convenience in using any Laptop/Tab/Smartphone.
- Experience in inside sales, cold calling, and lead generation is mandatory.
