Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, building strong relationships with clients, effectively managing accounts, and supporting the company's growth objectives through strategic planning and communication. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering exceptional service to clients will be critical for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Business acumen with the ability to drive growth and identify opportunities
  • Excellent Communication interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and negotiations
  • Experience in Account Management and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with the AEC industry and BIM/CAD services is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
