Role Description
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, pitching services, and converting prospects into clients. This role involves cold calling, client communication, proposal preparation, and deal closure for IT, branding, and digital marketing services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 12 years of experience in B2B sales / IT sales / digital marketing sales
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may apply
- Experience in handling domestic and international clients is an advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads for IT services, branding, UI/UX, web & app development, and digital marketing
- Perform cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and portal-based lead generation
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Pitch company services to potential clients professionally
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations
- Follow up with prospects and close deals within timelines
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams for project execution
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
