We, PDC Buildcon, are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

- Identify potential clients in target markets and build a robust lead pipeline.

- Reach out to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Manage end-to-end client processes, including negotiation and deal closure.

- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development or client relationship management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in MS Office

- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.

- Familiarity with market research and lead generation tools.

- Ability to travel when required.
