myNalanda is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. If you have a passion for email marketing, possess strong communication skills, and are proficient in English (spoken and written) and Hindi (spoken), then this opportunity is for you!

Job Location: Pune and candidates who are from Pune or are ready to relocate to Pune are preferred.

Business Development Associate Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for:

1. Email Marketing:Developing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement, nurture leads, and support overall business growth.
2. MS-Office Expertise:Creating impactful presentations, detailed reports, and well-structured proposals using MS-Office tools to support client communication and internal decision-making.
3. Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication, timely follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
4. LinkedIn Marketing:Leveraging LinkedIn to expand the company's professional network, promote services, and identify potential business opportunities.
5. Market Research & Lead Database Management:Conducting thorough market research to identify prospects and maintaining an accurate, updated lead database.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working closely with internal teams to develop, refine, and implement strategies focused on business growth and client acquisition.
7. Sales Support:Assisting in the preparation, execution, and optimization of sales strategies and tactics aimed at achieving revenue targets.
8. Design & Visual Communication:The candidate should also have working knowledge of Canvafor creating visual content, basic designs, and marketing creatives.

Annual CTC: 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 /year

This will include the performance component also which will be paid quarterly.
