About the Company:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business, identifying new sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, be able to communicate complex financial products or services to clients, and possess excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. A strong communication and interpersonal skills and a competitive spirit is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
  • Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
