We work closely with leading co-working operators, building owners, and developers to help businesses find flexible and cost-efficient office spaces that match their needs.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong commercial real estate experience. The role involves identifying and on-boarding workspace partners, conducting market research, negotiating terms, and ensuring high-quality inventory availability. The ideal candidate must be field-ready, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing territory-based sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Property Sourcing & Market Research
- Scout and identify new commercial properties including co-working, managed offices, and traditional office spaces.
- Conduct site visits to collect detailed property information, pricing, photos, and availability.
- Stay updated with market trends, new developments, and competitor listings across Delhi NCR.
Partner On-boarding & Negotiation
- Connect with landlords, builders, co-working operators, and property consultants, brokers to onboard inventory.
- Explain Direct Spaces services and secure partnership agreements or mandates.
- Negotiate commercials, commissions, and service terms.
Inventory Management & Documentation
- Maintain an accurate, updated database of property listings.
- Collect required documents, layout plans, and ensure completeness for due diligence.
- Coordinate with internal teams for feasibility checks and listing approvals.
Sales Coordination & Support
- Share relevant inventory options with the Sales team based on client requirements.
- Provide real-time availability updates, arrange site access, and support during client visits.
- Resolve owner-side queries during negotiation or closure stages.
Reporting
- Maintain weekly reports on properties scouted, on-boarded, and updated.
- Track market intelligence and provide insights for territory planning.
Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Any Graduate (BBA/B. Com preferred).
Experience
- 15 years of experience in commercial real estate (mandatory).
- Experience in property scouting, leasing, or business development preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and networking ability.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of Delhi NCR's CRE market.
- Fieldwork readiness & ability to manage multiple locations.
- Basic documentation and CRM skills.
Salary & Benefits
- 20,000 40,000 per month, based on experience.
