Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to promote and sell PR and media publication services to founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

This role involves outbound calling, lead conversion, and setting up meetings with high-profile clients, so candidates should be comfortable with calling as well as client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 80100 outbound calls daily to potential clients
  • Pitch PR and media publication services
  • Generate and qualify leads for media placements
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders
  • Handle client conversations, objections, and negotiations
  • Follow up and convert leads into sales
  • Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel
  • Coordinate with internal teams post deal closure
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (Hindi preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets
  • Confident interacting with high-profile clients
  • Self-motivated and result-driven

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Exposure to sales / telesales / business development
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel
  • Interest in PR, media, or branding industry
