- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Generate leads and convert them into potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable services/solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
