Role Overview
We're seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships. This hybrid role (based in Udupi, with partial work-from-home flexibility) involves:
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
- Building and nurturing relationships with our clients.
- Managing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in new business development and lead generation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in account management and client retention
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid environments
- Knowledge of packaging/prepress services (structural design, artwork, 3D visualization) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
