Role Overview: The Admission Counsellor / Business Development Executive is responsible for driving student enrolment for online academic programs. This role blends educational advising with high-performance sales, focusing on identifying prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them through the enrolment funnel.
Key ResponsibilitiesEducationBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience 0–3 years in inside sales, tele-sales, or higher education recruitment.
Communication Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Tech SavvyProficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace/MS Office, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom/Teams).
