This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role located in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing key accounts. Daily tasks will include market research, lead generation, developing strategic business plans, and effectively communicating solutions to potential clients. Collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals will also be a key aspect of the role.

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities
• Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain effective client relationships
• Strong Business acumen with a strategic mindset to develop and implement business plans
• Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and negotiations
• Proven ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the IT or technology sector is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics will be considered a plus
