About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and other channels
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain daily reports and update CRM with accurate data
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements- 23 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing or IT services is preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience with Upwork or similar bidding platforms is an added advantage
