Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services (web development, mobile apps, software solutions, etc.)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Maintain CRM and sales reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 36 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Understanding of IT services and software solutions
