Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, delivering impactful presentations, and building strong communication with potential clients. The associate will also be responsible for supporting the team in achieving strategic business goals and contributing to the organization's growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Effective Communication and Presentation skills to engage and persuade potential stakeholders
  • Capability to create and deliver compelling and tailored presentations
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in business development or sales is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
