Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating qualified sales leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The role includes outlining growth strategies, conducting market research, engaging with prospects, and contributing to ongoing sales campaigns for revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and expand the company's market reach.
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management for driving growth and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication abilities to establish rapport with key stakeholders, negotiate deals, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in market research and strategic planning to support sales initiatives and achieve business goals.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales and familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
