Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and drive revenue growth for Novatr's products and services. Responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and nurturing leads, scheduling and conducting discovery calls, and preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations or product demos. The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.
