Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and drive revenue growth for Novatr's products and services. Responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and nurturing leads, scheduling and conducting discovery calls, and preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations or product demos. The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development, with the ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Strong Business acumen, including understanding of sales cycles, revenue drivers, and commercial decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, with clear, confident, and persuasive verbal and written skills.
  • Experience in Account Management, including relationship-building, retention, and upselling or cross-selling.
  • Prior experience in EdTech is an advantage.
  • Comfort using CRM tools and basic analytics to track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
