About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are confident in handling international clients and generating revenue independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify international & domestic leads
- Identify opportunities via Upwork, LinkedIn, Apollo & email outreach and more
- Create personalized proposals and outreach messages
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to conversion)
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements
- Prepare professional decks, proposals & pitch documents
- Maintain CRM / lead tracking systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Achieve monthly revenue & conversion targets
- Work closely with leadership to scale business
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in sales and lead generation with proven results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in international client handling
- Hands-on experience with:
- Upwork
- LinkedIn outreach
- Apollo / email marketing tools and more
- Ability to create compelling proposals & presentations
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Good time management & organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in IT / AI / Digital / Marketing services
- Understanding of sales funnels & lead qualification
- Experience using CRM tools
