About the Role

Own the full pre sales cycle, from lead qualification through to closure, by converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities and paid customers. Work closely with marketing, customer success, sales and leadership teams to drive revenue growth, while representing the company with professionalism and confidence in all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify incoming leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify customer needs, business pain points, and buying intent.
  • Conduct product demos and discovery conversations.
  • Present the product value proposition clearly and persuasively.
  • Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals forward.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates in CRM.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets for calls, meetings, demos, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer objections with the team.
  • Ensure timely proposal sharing, negotiation support, and closure coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.

Preferred Qualifications

● MBA or equivalent in Marketing or Operations

● Familiarity with SaaS-based products or legal technology

● Proven track record in inside sales or account management
