Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Business Development Executive. The individual in this position will identify and generate new business opportunities, conduct lead generation, and develop relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering tailored solutions, and contributing to the company's growth through effective communication and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads to drive conversions.
  • Conduct client calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.

Requirements

  • Recently completed a graduate degree (any discipline).
  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Experience in IT, ERP, SaaS, or digital marketing sales (preferred).
