Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the IT and tech industry.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions, such as web and app development, digital marketing, and bulk SMS services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential leads.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals while maintaining profitability.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution post-sale.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM software.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product offerings, and competitors to provide the best solutions to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in web/app development, digital marketing, or related tech services.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with upwork, guru. Fiverr, pph, freelancer preferred.
