Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with a passion for the fashion and retail industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with fashion brands and retail stores, and driving the adoption of AI-powered solutions such as Smart Mirror and virtual try-on systems.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential clients in the fashion retail segment (boutiques, ethnic stores, apparel chains, etc.)
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, brand managers, and decision-makers
- Present and demonstrate company products (Smart Mirror, Virtual Try-On solutions) to clients
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and deployment
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (fashion retail experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the fashion retail ecosystem
- Ability to handle client interactions and presentations confidently
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
Preferred- Experience working with fashion brands, boutiques, or retail stores
- Exposure to SaaS, retail tech, or AI-based products
- Existing network in the fashion industry is a plus
