Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The role requires proactive engagement with prospective clients to drive revenue growth and meet strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business strategies and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with the recruitment and manpower services industry is an advantage
