Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling IT services such as software solutions, website development, and SEO services
- Handle domestic sales (West Bengal) or international sales through online bidding platforms
- Develop and manage sales channels in the local market, including shops and businesses
- Generate leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into clients
- Maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client meetings
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, and Visio
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills
