We're hiring a high-energy, tech-savvy Business Development Executive (Female) to join our Delhi team. As a fast-growing company in the CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) space, we're looking for someone who can think differently, act fast, and bring fresh ideas to the table. Key Responsibilities

• Drive outbound lead generation via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
• Identify and qualify high-potential prospects
• Book meetings and build a strong sales pipeline
• Maintain and manage accurate CRM data
• Follow up persistently to convert leads into opportunities
• Research markets and uncover new business opportunities
• Work closely with sales and marketing to optimize outreach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Fresher to 13 years of experience in lead generation / sales
• Hands-on with LinkedIn outreach and email tools
• Tech-savvy with CRM and MS Office proficiency
• Highly self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
