Standardized title: Business Development Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Work on-site during night shift hours to execute outbound sales campaigns and follow-up activities focused on lead conversion.
- Make high-volume cold calls and WhatsApp/email outreach to qualify prospects, generate interest, and book appointments for senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM; update lead statuses and activity logs daily.
- Achieve individual KPIs including number of calls, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings while adhering to compliance and data-protection standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and support campaign improvements based on feedback.
- Participate in regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to improve pitch effectiveness and product knowledge.

- High level of motivation, target orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
