Role Purpose
Drive aggressive customer acquisition and revenue growth by building a strong sales pipeline, converting leads, and expanding key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build sales pipeline through:
- Outbound prospecting
- Channel partners
- Client references
- Local activations
- Conduct client meetings to:
- Understand requirements
- Coordinate with design and production teams
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle:
- Lead generation negotiation order closure payment follow-up
- Maintain CRM / sales tracker:
- Weekly reporting on visits, quotations, and closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly:
- Sales targets
- Margin targets
- Defined KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams:
- Production
- Sourcing
- Ensure timely delivery commitments
- Drive account growth:
- Repeat business
- Cross-selling / add-on categories
- Annual rate contracts
