Business Development Executive (BDE) IT
Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong knowledge of IT servicesincluding web and mobile app development. The role focuses on generating leads, acquiring new clients, and building lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads via Upwork, LinkedIn, Guru, PPH, Freelance, etc.
Conduct email marketing campaigns and make phone calls when necessary to reach out to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams for proposal and solution development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field.
13 years of experience in business development or lead generation.
Strong knowledge of IT services (web, mobile apps, custom development).
Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
Goal-oriented, persuasive, and a team player.
Familiarity with sales tools and platforms.
