Role Overview

Modelslab is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong expertise in lead generation. The primary responsibility is to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in sourcing high-quality leads through multiple channels and converting them into qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, social media, and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target industries.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule discovery or sales calls.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems with accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager to hand over qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain follow-up communication.
  • Support the development and execution of business development strategies.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 23 years of proven experience in business development or lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
  • Analytical thinker with strong research capabilities.
  • Experience in IT, SaaS, or digital services sector preferred.
