Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Mavericks Education is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and drive lead generation through outreach, networking, and relationship-building with corporate and academic partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting Mavericks programs and solutions to prospective clients, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account management. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing periodic reports, and providing feedback to marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on client needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation initiatives to expand the client base and revenue.
- Strong Business acumen with skills in identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and creating value-driven proposals.
- Excellent Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prior experience in business development or sales within education, edtech, or related service industries is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office productivity software to manage pipelines and reporting.
- Proactive mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and readiness to meet defined targets and deadlines.
