About Tavas
Tavas: House of Creations is a creative production house and studio based in New Delhi. We work with brands, founders, influencers and agencies to create high-quality product photography, videos, UGC, social media content and brand-led campaigns.
We are looking for a smart, sharp and highly driven Business Development Executive who can identify potential clients, generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline for the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential clients across brands, startups, agencies, influencers, founders and SMEs.
* Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp, networking platforms and lead-generation tools.
* Identify the right decision-makers within target companies and initiate conversations with them.
* Conduct cold outreach through calls, emails and LinkedIn messages.
* Understand prospective clients requirements and introduce relevant Tavas services.
* Schedule meetings and calls with qualified prospects.
* Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
* Maintain and regularly update lead records, outreach status and follow-up schedules.
* Track lead-generation activities, meetings booked and conversions.
* Support the founder in business development, client acquisition and growth initiatives.
* Stay updated on industry trends, potential clients and new business opportunities.
Qualifications
* Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related field.
* 6–12 months of experience in business development, sales, lead generation or client acquisition.
* Extremely fluent in spoken and written English.
* Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in speaking with founders, marketing teams and senior decision-makers.
* Good understanding of cold outreach, prospecting and follow-up processes.
* Ability to research companies and identify relevant business opportunities.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM platforms and lead-generation tools.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of assigned targets.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
* Previous experience in a creative agency, production house, digital marketing agency or media company.
* Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, Zoho CRM, HubSpot or similar platforms.
* Experience in generating leads through cold calling and email campaigns.
* Basic understanding of content creation, social media marketing, UGC, photography or video production services.
