Business Development Executive (Brands & Investor Relations)
Location: New Delhi (Hybrid)
About Franchise Circle:
Franchise Circle is a growing franchise consulting and events company that connects emerging and established brands with serious entrepreneurs and investors looking for business opportunities. We are looking for a driven and confident Business Development Executive to help expand our network of franchise brands and engage with potential investors.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with franchise brands interested in expanding through franchising.
* Reach out to prospective brands through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
* Present Franchise Circle's services and event opportunities to prospective exhibitors and partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchise brands.
* Speak with entrepreneurs and investors to understand their investment goals and recommend suitable franchise opportunities.
* Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for brands and investors.
* Represent Franchise Circle professionally during meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
* Confidence in cold calling and lead generation.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Prior experience in business development, sales, franchise consulting, events, or B2B sales is preferred.
