Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team on-site at our location in the Mohali district. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing key accounts, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, participate in client meetings, and deliver exceptional service throughout the business development cycle.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis
  • Proficient in CRM tools and data analytics platforms is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the IT services or digital transformation domain is a plus
