Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships. The role requires actively engaging with potential clients, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business fundamentals and Account Management practices
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in developing and implementing business growth strategies
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a business development or sales role is an advantage
