We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our business in the domestic market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching HR and recruitment services, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic market.
- Generate and qualify leads for HR and recruitment services.
- Pitch HR and recruitment solutions to potential domestic clients.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client hiring and business requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions.
- Lead negotiations and close new business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand domestic market trends and customer needs.
- Coordinate closely with internal recruitment and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
