Luminary Lines is a premium video editing mentorship and personal branding agency helping creators and professionals build high-value careers in the content economy. We're looking for a driven BDE to join our sales team and convert qualified leads into enrolled students and clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads across our mentorship and agency verticals (video editing, personal branding, dropshipping)
- Conduct discovery and sales calls, understand prospect goals, and close enrollments
- Follow up consistently across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and phone
- Maintain and update the CRM/leads sheet daily with call logs and pipeline status
- Meet weekly and monthly revenue targets set by the BDM
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth onboarding for enrolled students
- Report conversion metrics and flag lead quality issues proactively
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in inside sales, EdTech sales, or tele-sales
- Comfortable handling objections and closing on calls (not just setting appointments)
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus)
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or any CRM tool
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and coachable
- Prior experience in EdTech or creative industry sales is preferred
