We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our staffing company. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our client base within the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing market, client needs, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the staffing industry, including prospective clients and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Track sales activities, client feedback, and market developments, providing regular updates to management.
  • Participate in industry networking events, conferences, and job fairs to expand the company's presence and generate leads.
  • Support the recruitment team by ensuring smooth transitions from sales to candidate placement.
