Job Description
Key Skills Required (What we need)
- Basic understanding of solar EPC: modules, inverters, structure, BoS
- Ability to read bills, analyze load profiles, and understand plant sizing
- Strong research and outbound calling capability
- Self-driven with high follow-up discipline
- Great negotiations skills, fluency in both English or Hindi or regional language
- An attitude to get things done, problem solving skills, Passionate for achieving goals
- Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Client.
- Must have own vehicles, Travel is must for this role
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) preferred
- MBA in Marketing/Sales
- Willing to learn 14 years to gain experience in solar EPC sales
