Job Description

Key Skills Required (What we need)

  • Basic understanding of solar EPC: modules, inverters, structure, BoS
  • Ability to read bills, analyze load profiles, and understand plant sizing
  • Strong research and outbound calling capability
  • Self-driven with high follow-up discipline
  • Great negotiations skills, fluency in both English or Hindi or regional language
  • An attitude to get things done, problem solving skills, Passionate for achieving goals
  • Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Client.
  • Must have own vehicles, Travel is must for this role

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) preferred
  • MBA in Marketing/Sales
  • Willing to learn 14 years to gain experience in solar EPC sales
