Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Technopark Phase 1, Trivandrum.
We're looking for a Sales & Customer Relations Executive who can speak confidently, connect genuinely with clients, and take ownership of the full customer journey from first conversation to signed deal.
You don't need a degree. You don't need years of experience.
You need the right attitude, the right energy, and the ability to communicate.
What You'll Be Doing
Speaking directly with potential clients and handling inquiries
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Understanding client needs and presenting the right solutions
Following up, nurturing leads, and closing deals
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Fluent in Hindi and English spoken and written
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident, patient, and people-first in every interaction
Self-starter who takes initiative without being told
Someone who sees rejection as feedback, not failure
