Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with experience in the architectural or interior industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and expanding business opportunities in the Kasargod and Kannur regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Kasargod and Kannur
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and clients
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project discussions
- Generate leads through field work, references, and networking
- Prepare and present business proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth execution
- Follow up with clients and close sales deals
- Maintain a database of clients and track sales activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in business development (preferably in architectural/interior field)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good network with architects/builders is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Kasargod and Kannur
- Candidates from Kasargod or Kannur preferred
- Basic knowledge of design/projects in interiors or construction
- Valid driving license and personal 2 wheeler is mandatory
